Associate professor of environmental economics at the University of Navarra, as well as numerous master's degrees, courses and training programs at various universities and business schools. Since 2004, he has advised numerous international institutions, governments and companies on climate change mitigation, climate risk management and green finance. In this regard, he has supported more than 20 countries and regions in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean and Asia, as well as more than 30 local authorities. In the private sector, he has advised companies such as Iberdrola, Acciona, Endesa, Bangchak Petroleum Company, Atlantic LNG and Petrotrin, among others.  As a researcher, he has published many articles and papers about climate change and lately about climate change impacts on the energy sector.
